BEERS FROM THE BRONX BREWERY, including:
The Bronx Pale Ale | ABV: 6.3% | IBU: 50 | SRM: 10 | OG: 1.064 | FG: 1.016
This deep amber, American-style pale ale is brewed with five different barley malts, generous additions of Cascade and Centennial hops, and a unique strain of yeast. The British, German and American malts used provide a complex blend of caramel, biscuit, and nutty malt flavors. The hops provide a gentle, pleasant bitterness with an intense floral and citrus aroma.
The Bronx Black Pale Ale | ABV: 5.7% | IBU: 46 | SRM: 57 | OG: 1.060 | FG: 1.017
This Black Pale Ale offers a smooth and complex contrast of dark chocolate and roasted malt flavors with bright and tropical guava, mango and pear hop flavors and aromas. Three different American malts stand up to generous amounts of West Coast El Dorado and Citra hops in an unfiltered and unpasteurized ale.
The Bronx Belgian Pale Ale | ABV: 6.7% | IBU: 36 | SRM: 4.7
Two strains of Trappist yeast, one Belgian ale yeast, and Belgian candi sugar highlight this remarkably intricate, fruity, spicy, and earthy straw-colored Belgian Pale Ale. Belgian Pilsner and Biscuit malts from Beloeil and German Vienna malts from Bamberg provide a clean backdrop for the spicy and lightly herbal Sterling hops. A votre santé from the Bronx.
