Description

Spend the morning with Chef Adam McMarlin and learn how to grind, stuff and prepare fresh sausages. This class will feature traditional Polish Kielbasa and French Boudin Blanc. Class will conclude with lunch prepared by Adam. Wren the Butcher is located in the State Street Marketplace right next to Monkey Fist Brewing Co.
