The Portalupi family will host the event at the historical Vinehill Druid Hall. This is a legendary site where the families who farmed Russian River Valley have gathered together for years.
Chef Matt Paille and Todd Muir of Epicurean Escape Catering will take you through
an intriguing class that will include:
Learning about the different types of sausages
How to make sausages at home including which machines to buy, options for grinding
Recipes to decide which sausage to make i.e. Italian sweet or spicy, Thai, breakfast.
Take your memories of the day home with you. We will package up 4 sausages for you to take home.
We will all get to enjoy our labors with a fabulous outdoor family style meal,
served with Vaso di Marina:
