Sausage Making II

In this sausage making class you'll get hands on experience making boudin blanc and crepinettes with herbed pork sausage. This class will cover emulsified sausage making and creipnettes. And, you’ll go home with your creations—approximately 2 lbs of boudin blanc and 6 crepinettes.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: All ticket sales are non-refundable. If a cancellation notice is received at least two weeks before the ticketed class, we will offer a credit toward a future class. Cancellations with less than two weeks notice will not be credited.
