This is your chance to spend an evening with Craig and the Burn Co Crew learning the intricacies of processing sausage. We will start at 5:30, the bar will be open and we will have some food prepared for you guys to snack on.This is a hands on class, you will get the opportunity to make your own sausage so dress appropriately. Each ticket includes #10 of sausage to take home with you to practice cooking with before you make your own! Considering how hands on this class is and the limited space in our kitchen, we have to cap this class at 30 people.
