Description

Kickoff Traverse City Beer Week with a cooking class that focuses on pairing food with beer. Instructed by Chef Adam McMarlin, this class will include how to grind, season and stuff a beer bratwurst, mussels and fries with beer sauce, and a chocolate stout cake. Class will be followed by lunch in the Monkey Fist Brewery.
