Description

You've probably been told at some point not to ask how sausage gets made but we have no issue with telling you! There's definitely an art to a well-crafted sausage and we've certainly perfected our methods over the years.

This will be a hands-on class! Tanya and Jordan will show you our process of cleaning meat, grinding, and mixing a high quality pork sausage and you'll get to participate in stuff and linking it. They'll be on hand to answer questions as well through the whole process. Of course, you'll get to take home some fruits of the labor, too. Depending on participants and general flow, this class will last 2-3 hours.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

We have predominately street parking that is usually fairly open on Sundays. There is a small lot behind the building if you cut down the alley.

What's the refund policy?

With notice, we are happy to refund the price of the ticket up to seven (7) days before the event.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

That's fine! If the name does not match, please bring a printed ticket with you.
