-Your favorite greens and roots (check out the Waco Downtown Farmer's Market before the class!) -- think cabbage, kale, carrots, beets, radishes, etc.
-An apron (if you want)
-Sharp Chef's knife (if you prefer your own -- we will have some, but it's nice to have your own)
