Chef Lang will discuss about his techniques, philosophy and demonstrate as you enjoy a wonderful lunch provided by Pappy's BBQ's Mike Emerson, and packed with the areas finest meats from Rain Crow Ranch and Todd Geisert Farm.
Tickets are $45 all inclusive of food, drinks, and a copy of Adam's cookbook for him to sign at the event.
