Expecting a baby? There's a lot to know in order to feel prepared.
Wondering things like…
- What is a placenta?
- How can I prevent pre-ecclampsia?
- What is the #1 way I can reduce my chance of cesarean?
- How can I prevent postpartum depression?
- What exactly should I expect in labor?
- How can I support my partner through this process?
You’re preparing for your baby’s arrival.
You’ve probably got lots of questions.
We can help!
Attend our upcoming class series and feel confident about your delivery day and the days that follow.
You will learn about the anatomy and physiology of labor and childbirth, pregnancy nutrition, pregnancy exercises, many options and all about interventions that may be presented to you at the hospital. Partners, you will understand how to support the birthing mother physically, emotionally, and what your rights are in this process as well. We will go over massage techniques and pain coping mechanisms. You'll discover your personal labor language and how to communicate your wishes with caregivers before, during and after the big day.
...and so much more!
We call this teaching style "edu-tainment" because you'll enjoy so much laughter and community with other families who are learning alongside you in this amazing journey toward parenting!
Note: when you register for this event, your tuition covers BOTH classes for you and your partner.
Class runs both Saturdays, April 22nd & 29th. Please plan to attend both days.
Each class is unique and offers valuable info for expecting parents.
Please plan to attend the entire series to get the full experience.
