About this Event
The sessions will be lead by Dan Frank, Manufacturing and Engineering Instructor Rocklin High School.
Session 1 – Introduction To Design - Design Intent and Design for Manufacturability. Working with Fusion 360 you’ll download a functional mill vise, then add stock into the vise. There will be discussion on the function of the part you will draw, it’s features and how to organize and label the data in Fusions ‘browser’. You will explore the iterative process between designing and manufacturability of the part. Teach to CAD standards.
