Weekly Saturday morning yoga classes for the local community. You don’t need to be experienced or flexible, yoga is for everyone and the perfect way to start the weekend!
Join me in this welcoming and safe space to give yourself timeout to focus on YOU. This dynamic flow class works to build strength, flexibility, balance, focus and happiness, which you can take from the mat into your everyday life.
This is an all levels 60 minute class. Places are limited so booking in advance is advised.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water with you.
