Saturday Morning Kids Yoga and Mindfulness Class at Nourish Wellness

Join us every Saturday at 10 am for Kids Yoga and Mindfulness with Nicole at Nourish Wellness! Bring your budding yogi to this fun class developed just for kids ages 5 and up. Children will learn yoga as well as mindfulness techniques which are perfect for busy little bodies. It's a great time to slow down and recharge. Parents are welcome to stay with their children or pick them up after class. Bring a water bottle and a mat if you have one, otherwise you can borrow one of ours.

More about the instructor: Nicole Pierce has been teaching for 10 years. She is certified by Yoga Fit and has a Washington State Teaching Certification by OSPI.
