About this event

Film Fatales members in Los Angeles are invited to an in-person picnic in Griffith Park on Saturday September 10th at 11am PT. **Rain or Shine**

Excited to meet creative collaborators? Missing the company of like-minded artists, or simply curious individuals to connect with? Join us for our summer in-person mixer!

Plus ones, kids and pets welcome. BYOP!

Weather Advisory: we're aware of the forecast of rain tonight and tomorrow morning, we're hoping it will dry up by the morning, so plan on wet conditions!

This event is BYOP. Please Bring Your Own Picnic, as food and drink will not be provided. We also recommend bringing a blanket as we will be gathering on the grass. The forecast looks like rain so bring an umbrella or a wetsuit or just your favorite rain frolicking gear!

Accessibility Notes: the picnic will be adjacent to Shane's Inspiration Playground with plenty of accessible parking, restrooms and facilities. We will be outside but please maintain social distance; masks are welcomed but not required.

See you soon!

We are committed to creating a safe space where filmmakers can gather and support one another. If you are feeling any symptoms of illness, or have been in contact with anyone has has, please stay home. Be respectful to other participants. Avoid assuming people’s needs, gender identities, and/or backgrounds. Creating an inclusive space requires acknowledging existing power dynamics. If you are from a dominant or privileged identity please practice making space, through listening, unseating yourself, and passing the mic. If you are from a historically marginalized group, please practice taking up space, sharing your ideas, and raising your voice.
