Are there special HOTEL RATES for our group at nearby hotels?
A block of rooms have been reserved for October 21 & 22, 2016 at the Hampton Inn Old Town/King Street Metro hotel. It adjoins the Lorien, right next door. The rate is $159 per night plus tax. Parking is $20 per night. Guests can make reservations by calling the hotel directly and ask for the Court Report Group rate at 703-299-9900, or 1-800-hampton. If you call the 800 number, MAKE SURE you mention the hotel directly at **HAMPTON INN OLD TOWN/KING STREET METRO**. (There are other Hamptons with an Alexandria address and you want them to ensure you're at the correct location.)
Guests may also make reservations online at www.alexandria.hamptoninn.com. After they type in their dates, make sure to hit the link that says ADD SPECIAL RATE CODE, then to enter the group code (CRG) in the field marked GROUP CODE, then hit CHECK AVAILABILITY. Any rooms remaining in the block after September 23, 2016 will be released into hotel inventory for general sale.
