We take off at 7am, sharp! We meet at Little Sugar Creek Greenway off Tyvola Road. Out & back trail is 13.1 miles, but you can turn around whenever you want, according to your long run schedule. The trail is shaded and there are water fountains available along the path. All paces welcome. Whether you're a beginner or an accomplished runner, you CAN run with us!
Bring your own water. Parking available in the parking lot at 2524 Tyvola or across the street off Marion Dehil Center Drive.
