Event description

Description

It’s our 60th anniversary, and we’re going to party like it’s 1958! MWA was officially formed on March 26th, 1958, and we’ve been Keeping it Wild ever since. This year’s Annual Gathering will be a celebration of all that we’ve achieved together, an opportunity to explore wild places near Livingston, and a chance to revel in the company of wilderness supporters from across Montana - you’re an important part of that, and we hope that you’ll be there.

Please get tickets for the evening program(s) you wish to attend - Friday is free, and Saturday has a $20 entry fee. If you wish to attend both, please get a ticket for each evening. Space is limited, and we want to do our best to ensure everyone has a spot!

Details about Saturday's program:

Join us at 2 p.m. for a welcome by MWA Executive Director Ben Gabriel and State Council President Mark Hanson, followed by a dive into our last 60 years of work led by MWA Senior Conservation Advisor (and Montana conservation legend) John Gatchell. Stick around to learn about the current and future impact of our work from community leaders in panels on Public Land Agency Management and The Economic Importance of Public Lands. Finally, enjoy hors d'oeuvres by Homemade Kitchen, a great raffle (tickets sold at the door), and guest Speaker Ed Norton Sr.

*Kids welcome to attend, and kiddos under 10 are free!
