Event Details

Hey, there!

My name's David H. Lawrence XVII, and I'm an on-camera actor and VO talent and teacher in Los Angeles.

For over a decade, I've been here in LA, working in the business every day.

And I've been sharing what I've learned, and how I work, with my clients and students.

My curriculum, called VO2GoGo, has helped thousands of actors build a successful, satisfying and profitable voice over practice.

(Yep, just like doctors and lawyers, performers have a practice.)

What about you? Would you like that kind of career?

I wonder what you think about voice over - what you've been told, what assumptions you've made...

You may have heard that voice over is too hard, certainly harder than on-camera acting.

Or there's not enough work.

Or it takes thousands of dollars in expensive home equipment.

Or you have to audition for years before you get paid for your work.

Well, none of that is actually true.

Here's what's true, and what you'll learn all about at this free VO2GoGo workshop:

Voice over is no easier or harder than on-camera acting, because it's exactly the same skill set.

And there's so much work, it's crazy.

David is the best voiceover teaching you could find – upon recommendation of a
friend, I went, heels dragging, to one of David’s workshops, and I’m so lucky I did.
                                                               -- Suzy Harbulak

Here's an example of VO work you could get the moment you get home from my workshop:

Audible can't find enough VO talent to voice all of the audio books it has waiting.
3600, at last count. You could be doing that work.

     Right now.

Not years from now. Right now.

You can get the right equipment to do professional, competitive work for just $200.

(I know. Others will say that's impossible. But...I have over a thousand students doing just that.)

And many of those students start getting paid for their work within weeks. Not all, but many.

Just became an @audible_com Approved Producer! Thank you @acx_com and to
@dhlawrencexvii for giving me the idea 2.5 years ago! #grateful
                                                              -- @EmilyLawr

No doubt: tons of people try to make a career of VO, and fail miserably.

I think that's usually because they didn't have a plan.

They also didn't have the right information to get started, and then make the choices that lead to success.

I believe that if you have the right information, and a plan, you can succeed in VO.

And I'd like to share that information, and that plan with you, on Saturday afternoon, December 5th.

David, you are going beyond teaching voice over techniques…
you are genuinely empowering your community to take life-changing actions.
That makes all the difference – and that’s what sets you apart.
                                                              -- Kristine Oller

I'd like you to join me at Gemini Production Group. It's a stone's throw from the Nashville airport.

It will be a workshop called Getting Started in Voice Over, and I'll be coming to Nashville to lead it.

It's absolutely freeBut you have to register because space is limited - there are only 30 seats.

I promise you won't be disappointed, and you'll learn a lot in a very short time.

I'll tell you the essentials you must have to be successful in voice over.

(Not one of them is having a "great voice." Nor the ability to do "wacky characters.")

I'll walk you through the three categories of VO you need to excel in:

The art of VO...

The commerce of VO and...

The science of VO.

They are the linchpins of the VO2GoGo voice over training curriculum.

Expertly blend all three of them together, and you can't help but be successful.

(Ignore any of them and you will fail, without a doubt. I'll explain why on Dec 5th.)

David really broke the industry down, in a way that made the industry accessible,
and success achievable…just a couple of weeks later, I’ve booked my very first job.
I really couldn’t have had that without David’s classes.
                                                                   -- Stephanie Mathis

I'll tell you exactly what equipment to buy. And I'll save you thousands of dollars.

And I'll tell you what to do to enhance and expand your VO career.

You'll meet J. Rodney Turner (unless you already know him), VO2GoGo's Nashville instructor.

(Remember that thing I said about Audible needing audiobooks voiced?
Rodney's working on his 50th, 51st and 52nd, as we speak.)

You'll get to ask questions, and we'll give you clear, accurate answers.

And, again, it's absolutely free.

But you have to let me know you're coming. So, register here, on this page.

I hope to see you there.

(Again, the room can only hold 30 attendees, so move fast.)

And if by chance you're busy on that Saturday, we'll have two other opportunities: one two days before, on Thursday at 7:15p, and a second the day before on Friday at 4:15p. Click here for Thursday's event, and click here for Friday's event.

Hope this helps!

David
