The theme of this year’s dinner, “Harvesting Justice: Cultivating an Environment of Equity and Opportunity for All” will be addressed by keynote speaker Elvis Cordova, Deputy Under Secretary for Marketing and Regulatory Programs of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
