DISCOVERY ROBOTICS

July 10-14

1 to 5 p.m.

Ages 8 to 14

$100 for members/$150 for non-members

Mentors from Orcutt Academy's Spartatroniks Robotics Team will teach campers to program FIRST LEGO League robots for a "Battle of the Bots" competition at the end of the camp.


DISCOVERY MAKER LAB

July 17-21

1 to 5 p.m.

Ages 6 to 10

$85 for members/$100 for non-members

Allan Hancock College professor Brian Stokes will teach campers how to engineer mazes, models, and more out of LEGO. Join us for the model show at the end of the week.*

DISCOVERY STORYTELLERS

July 24-28

9 a.m. to noon

Ages 8 to 14

$85 for members/$100 for non-members

Does your child dream of being an artist or author? Jill Iversen, the Discovery Museum's artist in residence, will lead campers in daily art and creative writing projects. The week will culminate with a young authors fair showcasing the campers' work.


PYJAMA DRAMA

July 31-Aug.4

9 a.m. to noon

Ages 5 to 7

$85 for members/$100 for non-members

Kids ages 5 to 7 will spend the week singing, dancing, and playing make believe with PCPA alumnae Megan Walker of Pyjama Drama. Campers in this internationally acclaimed program will perform for their families at the end of the week.


A signed and completed registration form is required for all campers.
