Please join us with your family and friends as we present Sanmarga - The Good Path to support Sankara Healthcare Foundation Inc.

Sankara Healthcare Foundation’s work ranges from providing free or subsidized cancer screenings and referrals for cancer treatment to providing free prosthetic limbs, diagnosing and treating diabetes, eye and cardiac conditions- all aimed at helping the vulnerable population get healthy and stay healthy.

Their vision is two fold : (1)To provide these services at a heavily subsidized cost (to no cost for those who cannot afford it) in rural parts of India through weekly medical screening camps across villages in their mobile medical unit -- “Wellness on Wheels (WOW)” bus and referring them to local partner hospitals for education, diagnosis and treatment of diabetes, cancer, cardiac conditions, eye care and providing free prosthetic limbs (2)To promote wellness through a dietary approach by emphasis on whole-foods plant based diet for all populations. Sankara provides plant-based nutritious meals to the homeless in America through their Project HEAL (Healthy Eating and Living) because they believe that good nutrition plays an important role in alleviating poverty. Sankara's work has touched over 450,000 lives in India and volunteers have served over 3500 plant based meals to the homeless in America.
