Event description

Description

The San Jose Public Library invites you to join us in a creative discussion on what it means to call the Silicon Valley, “home”. As our downtown and neighborhoods morph to meet the demands of our region’s growth, we want to ask you, the citizens of San Jose, how does this change directly affect your lives. We have invited Santa Clara Poet Laureate Mighty Mike McGee and Japantown art institution The Arsenal to help facilitate a creative community conversation around this subject, where we can communicate our thoughts into expressions of prose, poetry, and art. Let us build a stronger community with a dialogue through the arts!

Free. All ages. Limited seating.
Event location is in Room 255 on the second floor of the library.
