The ultimate HYROX race prep in San Jose. Saturday: Full 8km Simulation. Sunday: Halfrox Sprint. Test your pacing, transitions, and grit.

THE FAREWELL THROWDOWN: One Last Time on This Floor.

This isn’t just another simulation; it’s the end of an era.

This marks our 3rd Official Halfrox Simulation, meaning we have dialed in the flow and the energy. But more importantly, this is the final major event we will host in our current facility before we level up into our brand-new space.

We’ve set PRs, built community, and sweated buckets on this floor. Now, we’re inviting the entire San Jose fitness community to help us close this chapter with a bang.

Whether you are prepping for an official HYROX race, looking to test your current fitness baseline, or just want to be part of Hyper history, the Hyper Hyrox Simulation Weekend is the place to be.

We are transforming the training floor into a full-scale race course one last time. We will be running strict "Waterfall Starts" (small waves) to ensure you have clear access to equipment and a race-realistic environment.


📅 SATURDAY: The Full Simulation The full test. No shortcuts.

  • Format: 8km Running + 8 Full Stations (Ski, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jump, Row, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, Wall Balls).
  • Categories: Men Open, Women Open, Doubles.
  • The Goal: Test your nutrition, your gear, and your mental fortitude over the full distance.

📅 SUNDAY: The Halfrox Sprint All the intensity, half the volume.

  • Format: 4km Running + 8 Stations (reduced reps/weights).
  • Categories: Men, Women, First-Timers/Scaled.
  • The Goal: Perfect for beginners trying the format for the first time, or veterans looking for a high-intensity speed workout without the full recovery tax.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Waterfall Starts: To manage flow on the sleds and ergs, athletes will launch in heats of 5, with a staggered start every 90 seconds.
  • Your Heat Time: You will select a "Preferred Time Block" (Morning or Afternoon) at checkout. Exact heat times will be emailed to you 72 hours before the event.
  • The Course: A ~250m indoor running loop combined with specific equipment zones. (Laps will be counted by our volunteer team, but GPS watches are encouraged!).
  • Equipment: We use official Concept2 Rowers and SkiErgs, plus standard sleds and wall ball targets.
  • TIMING: Time yourself for this event. We will try to have timers in place however we've found it best that each racer time themselves to ensure accurate timing.
