The San Francisco Zendesk User Group is pleased to announce our third user group meeting will be held on Tuesday February 12th from 6-8pm. The event is graciously being hosted by Engine Yard!

Zendesk will provide snacks, drinks and have our team on-site to answer questions and share upcoming Zendesk features (including betas). If you can't attend, please make sure to subscribe to the San Francisco user group forum to keep apprised of future events!

Agenda:
6:00 - 6:15pm: Arrival and meet n' greet with other Zendesk users 
6:15 - 6:25pm: Welcome remarks from the Zendesk team 
6:25 - 6:45pm: Jamie Bleichner, Manager of Support and Engineering Operations at Engine Yard will share how they use Zendesk
6:45 - 7:30pm: Breakout sessions to discuss what Zendesk features, integrations and support issues matter most to you and your organization
7:30 - 8:00pm: Networking

Who should attend: This event is for Zendesk customers as it is a working session focused on topics related directly to our product. It can also be useful for people looking to learn more about Zendesk and customer service.

We would love to hear if there are specific topics or questions you would like discussed - please answer the optional questions during registration to get them added to the agenda.
