San Antonio College Women's Center 35th Anniversary Gala
Friday, December 2, 2016 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (CST)
This year marks a very important milestone in the history of the San Antonio College Women’s Center: our 35th anniversary! Over the span of 35 years, the Women’s Center has been instrumental in providing supportive programs and essential services that benefit those most in need in our community.
To mark this very important occasion, we are planning a celebration, the Empower Me to Success Gala, set for December 2, 2016 at the historic Menger Hotel. We hope you can join us in support of this event and help us celebrate our student successes!
In conjunction with our 35th Anniversary, we are raising funds for a newly created EmpowerMe Fund. Your donation will assist our students, predominately low income women and minority males, enter college and achieve academic success and economic self-sufficiency. The fund will assist these students, with tuition, testing vouchers, transportation assistance and other expenses needed for them to stay in school and complete their education.
We are blessed to have A&C Products underwriting our celebration as our Signature Supporter so that none of the monies raised will be used to pay for the expenses of the event and instead will go directly to the EmpowerME Fund!
Individual tickets are $100 per person however if you are interested in being a sponsor please visit our webpage at http://www.alamo.edu/sac/swans/Events/ for sponsorshop levels and information. If you are not able to attend we would welcome a donation as any size gift would be much appreciated and life-changing. To purchase tickets or to make a donation, please contact us.
Please contact us at 486-0455 if you should have any questions or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you in advance for your support. We look forward to having you join us for this very important celebration.
