Summer isn’t over after Labor Day - says us.
We, the farmers of Duxbury’s Island Creek Oysters recently launched the The Raw Bar, a casual, outdoor oyster experience located on our newly acquired 11-acre waterfront farm, just steps from Duxbury Bay. The Raw Bar presents an opportunity for you to chill by the bay and enjoy the breeze - just don’t get in the way of our farmers! Linger outside in the sea breeze, while tasting oysters pulled from the bay hours before they are shucked, often by the very people who grew them.
Because we basically never want summer to end and we like hanging out with our friends, we’re kicking off our first Saltwash Dinner Series. Join us for the last three Monday’s in September for a four to five course family-style dinner (with surprises!) hosted by some chefs that we're lucky to call friends. We'll announce menu details on Instagram feed - so keep your eyes peeled to @islandcreekoysters!

We’ll start off with a cocktail hour, complete with passed hors d’oeuvres and of course - oysters! Then we’ll sit for dinner where you’ll pass, share, and drink while overlooking beautiful Duxbury Bay. Your ticket price includes a signature cocktail and wine pairings with dinner…there will also be a cash bar for those wanting more. High-fives and good times also included.
Our events are rain or shine, but if a really bad storm comes through, we’ll reschedule for summer 2019. We hope you can join us!
