The Office of Arts & Culture and several community stakeholders recently launched the Seattle Arts Leadership Team (SALT), a program housed under the Americans for the Arts’ Emerging Leaders Network. SALT connects emerging arts leaders (what we’re calling artists and arts administrators who are relatively new to the field) to professional development opportunities.
