Salesforce Quote-to-Cash - an introduction

Quote-to-Cash solutions are built to streamline and automate your quoting process, giving your business greater efficiency, more accuracy, and better visibility from initial quote to final payment. Salesforce, have spent a great deal of time talking to our customers asking how to make CPQ and Billing processes even better. In this session we will cover an overview of this area and answering questions such as:

  • How do your sales reps navigate configuring items on quotes? Do you ever experience errors or mismatches?

  • How do you manage price lists and discounting?

  • How many reviews are required in your quoting process? How long does it take to get an approved quote to a prospect?

  • How does an accepted proposal get transformed into an order?

  • How do you manage invoicing and revenue recognition?

Atos - World-first Salesforce Einstein Implementation for Ulster Bank

Atos will be joining us to present on a recent world first Implementation for Ulster Bank. They have recently completed the first full-scale implementation of Salesforce Einstein in that it incorporates both internal CRM data and additional external customer data in one platform.

Salesforce Einstein is the first-ever comprehensive CRM Artificial Intelligence (AI) Platform.

This ambitious contract comprised of a full renovation of the existing Salesforce CRM platform (incorporating Einstein and migrating to Salesforce Lightning), a data quality cleanse of the platform and the build of a new Single Customer View (SCV). Atos designed and implemented the platform to also include a next-best product recommendation engine in order to optimize managers’ time to respond to the needs of its customers. The new platform will support Ulster Bank to enhance customer relationships, deliver greater business efficiency and increase sales revenue.


GDPR.. Where are you?

With less then 5 months to the go live date of 25th May business should be on their way to GDPR compliance. In this presentation I will summarise the main aspects of GDPR highlighting how you will be affected. I will touch briefly on the additions that the data protection bill brings in to enhance GDPR and lay out a phased plan that leads to GDPR compliance… and on top of this he will be providing a take away questionnaire for you to check list to check your readiness!
