You are invited to attend a special 6 hour CPE event on Tennessee sales tax issues and resolutions.
We now have more seats available. The cost is $50 including lunch. Preferential registration to those who need CMI credit. We have moved the event upstairs to the Tower Center on the 33 floor at Clark Tower - quite the view !

Course Description: This course will cover sales tax issues that the Audit Division sees as they handle audits each day and how those issues can develop into collection issues with Tax Enforcement and on to criminal issues with Special Investigations if not addressed properly and in a timely manner. It will also cover the assistance that you can receive from Taxpayer Services along the way.
Course Objective: After this program, participants will be able to identify sales tax issues and be familiar with areas of the Department of Revenue they can contact for assistance and specific actions they can take to resolve their Tennessee sales tax questions or concerns.
