Leadership TEC, LLC provides leadership training, educating, and consulting (TEC) services for leaders and businesses. Services are focused on applying the appropriate leadership based on a person’s behavior or organizational culture. We train leaders and employees on how to recognize their strengths, how they are viewed by others, and how to recognize the behavioral styles of their supervisor, employees or customers; “knowledge is power”. Presentations on leadership theory, power and styles, motivation, and organizational skills are also available. Presentations are specifically practical for transitioning service members.
