Jake is the Director of Sales of Cirrus Insight, recently ranked #41 on INC's 5000 list of fastest growing companies in the U.S. He was the company's second sales hire after receiving an MBA from the University of Tennessee, joining when sales were less than $1MM ARR. Now he supports the fast-growing sales organization hitting north of $10MM ARR.

Amy Kohl is the Director of Marketing at TopOPPS and responsible for all top funnel sales operations and lead generation. Amy has been with TopOPPS since inception with one mission - to dominate the predictive sales analytics world by making sales reps more successful and sales forecasts more predictable. Amy has optimized the best practices and technology necessary for her team to produce great results at the fastest pace possible in effort to win market share in the predictive sales analytics space. Amy has led sales operations and strategic marketing for B2B and B2C start-ups throughout the St. Louis region for consumer goods, software and manufacturers. Chuck is passionate about transforming sales teams into modern sales organizations through informed and efficient processes, coaching and mentorship. 

Chuck joined SalesLoft in 2014 as a founding member of the Sales Development team after spending a year building his foundation in the ecosystem as a SalesLoft customer selling into the marketing automation environment. His constant pursuit for learning and experience in the role has allowed him to successfully scale the account based model for mid market and enterprise sales development at SalesLoft. As a manager of 9 sales development reps, he believes in the product, the people, and their process.
