ABOUT MARK LEE
Mark Lee leads ICF’s Public Sector operating group, which includes the vast majority of ICF’s public sector business. Mark’s team supports clients by providing advisory and implementation services in areas including health, technology, cyber security, communications, and social programs.
Mark joined ICF in 1997 as an associate and has held a variety of key leadership positions during his 20-year tenure. Prior to his current role, he served as business development leader for HEARS and led the company’s fast-growing disaster management division. Before this, Mark oversaw ICF’s climate, sustainability, environmental health sciences, and surface transportation businesses and supported a wide variety of clients in addressing environmental, health, regulatory, IT, and policy challenges.
