Building on the success of the global Sales Enablement Society and our Sydney chapter, we are pleased to invite you to the launch of our Melbourne chapter on 8 May. Sales Enablement Society (SES) is a volunteer organisation dedicated to promoting and elevating sales enablement as a strategic function and helping practitioners achieve excellence in the profession through networking and sharing of leading practices.

Why You Should Attend

This launch event is going to completely change the way you think about customer-centricity in B2B sales! Most of us are often faced with a mandate from our executive leaders and sales teams that we need to become more customer-centric. We need to get closer to the client and put them at the centre of what we do. However are we as customer-centric as we think? If everyone is focused on putting the customer first then how do we effectively differentiate our services and offerings? In this session with one of Gartner’s leading authorities on sales effectiveness solutions, Gabriel Tsavaris will share with us the leading insights uncovered on this very thought-provoking topic. Gabriel will also share the 4 key metrics that as sales effectiveness professionals we need to master, with practical and tactical guidance.

Guest Speaker - Gabriel Tsavaris

Gabriel Tsavaris is the Executive Director of the Sales and Marketing Solutions Practice at Gartner. In this role, Gabriel is responsible for developing and executing the growth strategy across the Asia Pacific region with a strong focus on the Challenger Commercial Model. A key part of Gabriel’s role is to help enterprise and corporate clients build organizational capability to implement and sustain a Challenger approach. Organizations that Gabriel has worked with include Telstra, Cisco Systems, HPE, SAP, Australia Post, Microsoft, Dropbox, Data#3, NTT, Westpac, IOOF, Dun & Bradstreet, Medtronic and Stockland.

As a thought provoker and futurist, Gabriel has been a guest speaker at the Sydney Business School, University of Wollongong for three years. He was central in including the formal teaching of sales strategies and sales management into to the Schools Executive MBA program, a first in any Executive MBA.

Gabriel joined CEB, now Gartner, in November 2014. Prior to joining CEB Solutions, he held senior leadership positions at Optus, VHA, American Express and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
