Join the Boston Chapter of MPUG (Official Industry Association for Microsoft Project) for our next member meeting on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 where the topic will be “EVM De-Mystified – Earned Value Management for the Rest of Us!”. This interactive presentation and discussion will be delivered by Mr. Matthew T. Davis of PM Providers at the Microsoft Store in Salem, NH.
Earned Value Management (EVM) and analysis, when properly implemented, can provide a true picture of project cost and schedule status. But what is really required to implement this capability using Microsoft Project and Project Online? This interactive session will outline the steps needed to support EVM reporting capabilities and understand the elements and techniques needed to step up to EVM for your key projects and portfolios.
The presentation will be given at the Microsoft Store at the Rockingham Mall, Salem, NH. Attendance is free and open to the public. Food, soft drinks and special treats will be served.
During this event, students will learn the 6 key components and 5 key process requirements to support Earned Value Management and Analysis using Microsoft Project.
