What Rules?

A conversation with the very CLEVER Stefania Pomponi and Cat Lincoln about women creating success their own way.

Thursday, June 15

7pm to 9pm

Please join me for an empowering conversation with Stefania Pomponi and Cat Lincoln, the inspiring founders of award-winning influencer marketing agency CLEVER. CLEVER drove the social media strategy behind the global #Batkid phenomenon, and connects influencers (from celebrities to pets) with Fortune 500 brands. Stefania and Cat are also the co-authors of Influencer Marketing for Dummies.

Stefania and Cat have spent eight years building a successful company on their own terms, breaking every business rule along the way – on purpose! Tired of fighting for a seat at the men's table, they built their own table where women are welcome and valued.

Whether you are an entrepreneur just starting out or you work for a company and are looking for a fresh perspective on culture, hiring, and leadership--come be inspired by two women who have always questioned everything, done it their way, and succeeded.

Join our conversation and learn:

~ How you can build a successful company breaking just about every business rule

~ Why women's perceived business "weaknesses" are actually strengths

~ How an unconventional take on hiring practices can lead to a more engaged and communicative company

~ How leadership can be shared among staff, even among non-managers, to foster mentorship and professional development

~ Why you should build a culture that reflects a founder's values, and how to handle "culture outliers"
