Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy the activities and learn about safety, health and wellness opportunities at the NIH. There are so many fun and educational things to do. You don't want to miss out on:

Register for Fitness Assessments: Fitness assessments are being offered through the NIH, Division of Amenities and Transportation Services.

Yes. We know that things come up. Please pass on your ticket to a colleague so that they can enjoy the festivities!
Can I update my registration information?
Yes! Just log into your account and your ticket will be accessible for you to manage and edit.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. The printed ticket serves as a friendly reminder.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes! We don't mind if you give the ticket to someone else.
What fitness classes are being offered?
Pilates Barre with Susan: 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM in Building 10, FAES Classroom 3 & 4
Barre is a combination or intense strength training and Pilates Barre movements. This class will enhance definition, endurance and balance in the major muscle groups.
High Intensity Training with Maria: 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM in Building 10, FAES Classroom 3 & 4
High Intensity Training: The training focuses on performing quality weight training repetitions and cardiovascular movements (bike, plyometric, Cross Trainer, running, step, etc.) to the point of momentary muscular and cardiovascular fatigue/failure. Get ready to sweat!
CrossFit Daily Medicine with Steve: 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM, Outside of Building 10, Clinical Center, South Complex
CrossFit Daily Medicine workouts are universally scalable and adaptable regardless of age and experience.
Zumba with Valerie: 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM in Building 10, FAES Classroom 3 & 4
Zumba is a Latin music based dance and fitness class - at a pace where both the novice and most experienced dance enthusiasts can enjoy. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Never danced? No rhythm? No worries! Come for the fun – we’ll help you with the rest.
Vinyasa Yoga with Jan: 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM in Building 10, FAES Classroom 3 & 4
This type of yoga incorporates movement from one pose to another with connection to the breath that integrates strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, physical, and mental vitality. The best part about yoga is that it isn’t about being perfect – it’s a practice – something we are always working on.
Piloxing with Ashley: 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM in Building 10, FAES Classroom 3 & 4
This class mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whil you into shape, using a class format that's both fund and challenging. In addition to Pilates and boxing movements, the exercise incorporates the use of weighted gloves which add to the workout by toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health.
Kickboxing with Charissa: 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM in Building 10, FAES Classroom 3 & 4
Cardio Kickboxing is a fun and energizing workout. The class incorporates boxing moves such as kicks, jabs, uppercuts, and hooks to improve agility and power while burning calories. All levels welcome!
