Diversity and Inclusion: Walking the Talk in Your Health Programs

Urgent demands for equity and justice mean employers need to commit to creating inclusive and supportive work environments for all.

How can we develop programs and policies that address health inequities and gaps in wellbeing, especially among BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) and LBGTQ populations?

Awareness, education, a network of culturally competent providers and a workplace culture of belonging are essential.

Employers, experts and thought leaders join us for this three-part series.

This facilitated roundtable is a safe environment for employers to discuss what we’ve heard in the previous sessions. Let’s examine our assumptions, discuss lessons learned and identify actions we can take to move forward in a positive way.
