Safe Sitter is a medically accurate program that teaches boys and girls, ages 11-13, how to handle emergencies when caring for young children. Safe Sitters Learn: Pediatric Basic Life Support; Accident Prevention; and, Basic Child Care from infant to school-age.
Safe Sitter is a two-day course. (Please note most dates are not consecutive.) The $60.00 fee covers the 2-day class and includes all class materials. Class size is limited, therefore, all seats must be prepaid via this website.
PLEASE PURCHASE EACH ENROLLMENT SEPARATELY (ONE SEAT PER REGISTRATION PURCHASE). DURING ENROLLMENT, IF YOUR PREFERRED DATE DOES NOT POPULATE IN THE DROPDOWN, THE CLASS IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE.
REFUNDS: CLIENT WOULD NEED TO PROCESS THE REFUND VIA EVENTBRITE BY THE THURSDAY BEFORE CLASS. TRANSFERS: THE CLIENT WOULD NEED TO CANCEL AND RE-PURCHASE THE DESIRED CLASS OFFERING.
- As per Safe Sitter Guidelines -- all students need to be 11 years old at time of class.
- Students need to bring a bag lunch and drink both days of class – a small snack will be provided.
Parents are invited to a graduation ceremony from 3:00 pm – 3:30 pm on the second day of class.
We will ask you to turn off the sound of any cell phones or pagers during class.
