S.A.F.E. is a complete fundamental self-defense course that covers how to recognize dangerous assailants and situations, understanding the mindset of a predator, survivor vs. victim mindset, understanding your intuition as an alarm system, verbal de-escalation and how to escape a larger attacker and MUCH more.
This program was designed by Michael Eichenberg whose education and experience includes being a former USMC Security Forces Team Leader, Executive Protection Specialist, Armed Response Force Member at a Nuclear Facility and Master Self-Defense Martial Arts Instructor with over 35 years of training.
The SAFE program is taught in one, five-hour class, with a lunch break in the middle.
The cost is only $99 per student.

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTORS:
Mike Messner is the Owner/Lead Instructor of Budokai Martial Arts/Madison Fitness Center in Mansfield, Ohio, with over 16 years of martial arts experience. Mike holds a Sandan (third-degree black belt) in Banzenkan Aiki-Ninjutsu, Shodan (first-degree black belt) in To-Shin-Do, and is a licensed S.A.F.E. instructor.
Sandy Derr-Lykins grew up in Frederick, Colorado. After moving to Ohio, she found a passion for martial arts and fitness. Sandy currently holds a Nidan (second-degree black belt) in Banzenkan Aiki-Ninjutsu, is a licensed S.A.F.E. and cardio kickboxing instructor, and owns her own fitness classes in Ohio.
Mike and Sandy have instructed SAFE to Ohio school districts, businesses, as well as the 2016 Miss Ohio Contestants.
