Sacred Sound Journey

Join us for a sound bath with gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and more! A short guided meditation starts you on your journey and then the sounds and vibrations of the gongs and bowls lead you on your way to a relaxed state of wellbeing. The meditation begins at 4:00. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. Doors open at 3:30. You may bring own yoga mat, blanket, and any other items for your comfort, or I have mats and blankets you can use. ***DIRECTIONS*** Please note that Google directions are incorrect. From 89A go to the light and turn on Zalesky Rd into the RV park. Then turn left and go to the end of the gravel road to the ECO Community Center.
