About this event
This ceremony focuses on sharing the sacred medicine of cacao. We are guided inward to our own wisdom, opening doorways into the heart and moving away from thoughts toward feeling, emotion, and intuition. The medicine of cacao can open pathways to compassion, creativity, and overall wellbeing. We will activate the medicine with a sound journey that includes meditation, mantra, and live medicine music.
This ceremony opens with ritual and word, offering an introduction that explains how we prepare the cacao and how to receive the medicine with intention. We activate the voice through toning, sacred mantra, and breath before serving the cacao. The journey will continue with live medicine music and sacred songs, and conclude with a sound healing and closing circle. Cacao is a very gentle medicine with subtle effects.
