We encourage you to bring:
A yoga mat
A blanket or shawl for comfort during the Yin and sound bath portions
A water bottle
A journal or notebook (optional, for reflection)
An open heart and comfortable clothing you can move and rest in
Any other  props  optional (blocks, bolsters, straps)

What can I expect during the experience?

The session will begin with gentle grounding and intention setting, followed by a flowing Yang practice to awaken the body, then a soothing Yin sequence and somatic movement to release tension. We’ll close with a sound bath and a cozy time for tea, charcuterie, and conversation in community.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. All levels are welcome. Every movement and posture will be guided with care, and modifications will be offered to meet you where you are.
