Event description

Description

Using the lens of the five seasons of Summer, Late Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring we have found that Mother Nature’s natural cycles and rhythms gives us a rich tapestry of companionship, meaning, context and metaphor through which we can support our clients to gain new insights and wisdom on the questions they are holding.

Each season is rich with opportunities for different insights into our work and lives if we can open ourselves up to its guidance, inspiration, support and supervision. This is the focus of Karyn’s new book “How Does Your Garden Grow? Using the Lens of the Five Seasons to Grow Yourself and your Life” which is due out in mid 2019.

This one day workshop includes working with the Five Seasons in a Montreal Park. You will explore the qualities of each of the Five Seasons and the mirror they offer back to us, and discover how to invite this way of working more intentionally into your life and work and role model this for your clients.

Come prepared for an experimental, experiential and practical immersion packed with new resources which will support you both personally and professionally and you can also share with your clients.

Dress comfortably and as the weather decides! Please bring your cameras, water bottles, umbrellas or sunhats, coloured pens and journals!

Workshop facilatated by:
Karyn Prentice and Elaine Patterson, both Senior Faculty at the Coaching Supervision Academy
