Join Us for a Sunday Afternoon Journey of Sacred Breathwork with Shamanic Sound!

Sara will be leading and holding space for a late afternoon of supported Sacred Breathwork to "Trypknowledgy", shamanic sound journey facilitated by Jeremy Fraj.

This unique channeling of sound healing frequencies uses vocals and rhythmic breath along with powerful crystal quartz bowls and a variety of native percussion instruments to take you on a profound mind-body-soul journey that is both cosmic yet grounded.

While Jeremy holds a powerful space as a musical channel leading us into our inner subtle realms, Sara will be guiding the transformational energy of consciously harnessing prana through connected circular breathing, rebirthing breathwork.

Our breath is a beautiful teacher and connector to our own Divine Essence and Truth, feeling a deeper connection to us and all that is, letting go of what is no longer supporting and serving us, and clarity and so much more!!!

When not working in the corporate world as a marketing executive, Sara follows her curiosity and enthusiasm on helping people improve their lives within their physical bodies and external environments. She loves working with clients to integrate Feng Shui of their everyday outer environments, and Breathwork for their inner environments while also incorporating movement, yoga and meditation. Integrating inner and outer well-being modalities to up-level our lives, heal, generate self-love and self-care, and creating more abundance in all forms.

Sara’s transformational journey started as a student of the Western School of Feng Shui™, completing 200-hour yoga teacher training with Atlanta Hot Yoga, continuing education in the yoga realms focusing on trauma and restorative practices, continuous student of Breathwork {Rebirthing | Conscious Connected Circular Breath} studying with Clarity Breathwork and Leonard Orr. Currently based in Portland, Oregon, space holder and facilitating around the world {virtually}, in Atlanta, Georgia, and Northern Illinois.

Jeremy Fraj

Music has been a part of my life since I was a child. I have a background in percussion & was a living room drummer & marching band performer in my early adolescent years. Fast forward to today, I personally have been on a journey of spiritual self-discovery, health optimization and soul healing for almost a decade. During this time I experienced a profound physical, mental, emotional and spiritual transformation that led me to leaving behind the stressful corporate world while embarking on a journey of renewal.

This was a catalyst for becoming an enthusiastic "self lover" and "self healer". With this, I began facilitating sound healing journeys as a way to channel my love & wisdom. I have developed the ability to provide an intuitive experience based on what I sense from the environment. A great part of my service is to simply remind everyone that we all have the potential to reclaim our lives and live in an authentic way that highlights all of our unique expressions.
