Sacramento Community 'Try Vegan' 21 or 30-Day Challenge Meeting
Monday, September 30, 2013 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM (PDT)
Come join us and join in on the first ever
Sacramento Community 'Try Vegan' Challenge!
This year, during Vegan Chef Challenge,
we would like to encourage and support the greater Sacramento
dining community to 'try veg,' and eat plant-based
for either a 3-week or 4-week 'concurrent' Challenge!
This 'kickstart' meeting will provide you with
the basic information, tools, nutritional guidelines
and menu ideas to get started.
Bring a friend!
This is a great way to learn about healthy plant-based nutrition
and improve your odds against cancer, heart disease, obesity, diabetes,
auto-immune diseases, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and more.
Already vegan? Please join in as a sponsor!
We will pair you with newly tranistioning neighbors and you can help support them in learning how to eat well and live healthfully on a vegan diet!
Drinks and light snacks will be provided.
