Sabbath For Christians: Developing a Biblical Rhythm of Rest
"We all need to understand the reality that God cares deeply about our rhythm of life. Jesus calls to us through his word, 'Come to me all who are weary...and I will give you rest.'" ~ Cory Pitts
We hate being busy. The obligations of life seem to pile up one-by-one until we wind up driven by the urgent, all the while feeling like we're in danger of missing out on what is truly important. Our is a 24/7 world that blurs the lines between work and rest; we all suffer as a result.
How do we take back control?
In this very special seminar, we will tackle this question head-on in the light of the biblical model of Sabbath rest. Our time together will be interactive and practical as we learn the art and skill of resting in the Lord—in ways destined to transform our lives, our families, and our faith communities.
