During this training, the intake professional will learn the skills needed to have powerful conversations with prospective clients.

About this event

Attendees will be required to participate and role play what they're learning. This is not a workshop where you can multi-task. Your full attention and participation are required.

The role of an intake professional at a law firm is bigger than documenting information from a prospect and scheduling a meeting for an attorney.

Does the intake professional know how to communicate sincerity during the interaction in a way that best represents the law firm?

Does the intake professional know how to talk about the fee for meeting with the attorney (if your firm charges a fee) without sounding salesy or pushy?

Does the intake professional know how to significantly reduce the number of no-shows so the attorney's time is not being wasted?

Does the intake professional know how to avoid answering legal questions during an interaction with a prospective client in a way that doesn't cause the intake professional to seem like they're being dodgy or untrustworthy?

Does the law firm have a system in place for intake that leads to the consultation with an attorney?

Is the intake professional familiar with how to follow up with prospective clients and how to communicate with them to make sure the law firm isn't dropping any balls and missing out on revenue?

We are going to answer these questions and more at this workshop! During this training, the intake professional will learn the skills needed to have powerful conversations with prospective clients for the law firm to begin securing more meetings which will in turn allow the firm to watch their business grow and their revenues increase.

Worksheets will be provided prior to the workshop starting.

This is an interactive workshop where participants will be expected to participate and role play the skills they learn during the workshop.
