The Ryther Rocks Gin Festival 2018 is a family friendly event focusing on a selection of unique hand picked craft gins from Yorkshire and further afield. It won't just be gin, there will be live music, dancing, tasty food and childrens entertainment. Above all, we will be making sure everyone has lots of fun. The event will also have a charity element, with all profits being shared between the Yorkshire Air Ambulance, St Leonard's Hospice and other local charities.

If you’re new to gin don’t worry, our friendly mixologists will recommend a few to get you going or point out their favourites, giving everyone the opportunity to try something a little different in a relaxed and friendly environment.

On arrival you will be greeted by one of our team, handed your Ryther Rocks Gin Festival Glass (a gift for you to take home) and an event guide, full of information on all the gins featured at the event, along with suggested mixers and garnish to compliment your drink. You will also recieve your first drink and mixer (from our bronze tier gins) within the entry price.

Once you've had your first gin, you will need to purchase a drink card to further experience our Bronze, Silver and Gold tier gins at varied prices. These will be available from a stand at the entrance to the Festival and will be sold as £10 cards, which will allow you to purchase drinks, food and other snacks on site.

There will be a number of bands playing throughout the day, as well as childrens entertainment, food stalls and other activities to keep everyone amused.

Kids under the age of 12 are free to enter.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

The minimum age to purchase alcohol at the event is 18, ID will be required if you look under the legal age. This is a family event and children under the age of 12 enter free of charge.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There will be on street parking in Ryther and shuttle bus service from Ulleskelf, Church Fenton and Cawood. This will be supplied at additional cost.

What can I bring into the event?

Everything you will need during the day from a food and beverage perspective can be purchased at the event and therefore you will not be allowed to bring your own food and drink to the event.

What's the refund policy?

Unfortuanately there will be no refunds available as this is a charity event.
