Word Play Weekend returns Saturday August 27th at Art Share LA in Downtown Los Angeles. This show will be hosted by Comedian Chelcye Perry and features performances by poets Set The Versifier and Soul Stuf, rappers Nick Freeze and Gallardo Grim, comedians Jeff Horste, Jil Chrissie and Michael Devon, musicians Gerald Pacman Dixon II and Alex Fontaine, and actors Jumarcus Mason and Aamar Blair. The Word Play Cypher begins at 7:45pm. Show starts at 8pm.
