SIGNING MOU CEREMONY IN REGARDS TO THE
RURAL ELECTRIFICATION DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Hong Kong, 19 - 21 December 2016
The point is to conduct presentation seminar for the MOU signing preparation and implementation. In this case, the Consulate General Republic Indonesia (CGRI) is being contacted to provide the logistic for the delegation participants. The run down of Indonesia delegation and the multilateral and bilateral institutions can be described as follows:
First day, 19December, the delegation is leaving for Hong Kong. The airfare Jakarta Hong Kong Jakarta and the letter of information can be provided by the Indonesia consulate general in Hong Kong. The delegation stays at guest house of the Indonesia consulate general and having welcome dinner at the consulate general hospitality. The multilateral and bilateral institutions are invited to attend this event.
Second day, 20 December, the delegation is going to IFC office to conduct the presentations as the preparation for having MOU signing ceremony. The delegation are going to present their interest to take part in these energy development program based on their core business. Some of the technical implementation is going to be discussed at this stage as the complementary for having SSMP training in Europe. However, some events are also being conducted in rural areas in Indonesia, as the preparation for the Lighting Asia and Scale Solar to be prepared. The presentation and discussion are conducted half day in the morning. Then, the delegation is going to the Indonesia Consulate General in Hong Kong for MOU signing and the dinner reception.
Third day, 21 December, the delegation is going to visit BRI and get some idea regarding the involvement of BRI as the microfinance bank in the development of SSMP concept, Scale Solar and Lighting Asia. In the afternoon, the delegation depart to Jakarta and having the confirmation regarding upcoming trainings, pilot projects, funding and technical assistance as well as television regarding the rural electrification development program based on the signed MOU.
